A delegation from Dalian University in China visited the Osaka City University Graduate School of Medicine on 17 December to sign an international academic exchange agreement with the aim to foster a friendly relationship and cooperation in the fields of education and research. Student exchange will be the first activity carried out under the agreement.

At the signing ceremony, Dean of the OCU Graduate School of Medicine Arakawa was also appointed as guest professor at Dalian University.
